Baby Steps

At No Back Fat Nutrition we have a really simple philosophy. The KISS principle. Keep it simple smarty. If you eat, drink and sleep every day,  you should exercise every day. We recommend that you exercise in the morning or at lunch time if you can, so that you get it out of the way. In the evening life gets in the way. Happy hour doesn’t exactly mean going to the gym.

CARDIO:  Do 15 minutes treadmill at 5-8% incline followed by 15 min step mill after taking thermos/fat burners (Fatblaster is suggested).

PreWorkout: You can take 1 serving of Brainiac for boosted results.

Do cardio 3-4 Days a week.

Meal 1: 1 bowl of oatmeal or cereal + 1 piece of fruit

Snack: 1 Scoop of Profound with 1 piece of fruit (orange, grapefruit, canteloupe, etc) or Hummus and Veggies (cucumbers, carrots, celery)

Meal 3: Chicken Salad (can be from any fast food restaurant), use balsamic vinagerette or a subway wrap with any of the following (ham, turkey, chicken breast, tuna salad, vinegar, olive oil blend, lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumbers, jalepeno peppers, banana peppers, green peppers or mustard or Taco Bell Taco salad minus the sour cream or Arby’s Grilled Chicken sandwhich and baked potatoe (no sour cream) or KFC  Tender Roast Sandwich with beans and corn.

Snack: 1 Beauty Bite or 1 piece of fruit (apple, orange, 1 cup of berries, grapes, or your favorite fruit)

Meal 5: Chicken Salad (can be from any fast food restaurant), use balsamic vinagerette or a subway wrap with any of the following (ham, turkey, chicken breast, tuna salad, vinegar, olive oil blend, lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumbers, jalepeno peppers, banana peppers, green peppers or mustard or Taco Bell Taco salad minus the sour cream or Arby’s Grilled Chicken sandwhich and baked potatoe (no sour cream) or KFC  Tender Roast Sandwich with beans and corn.

Snack: 1 Scoop of Profound smoothie (with berries or favorite fruit) or 1 Beauty Bite

Before Bed: Take Burn & Tone to help burn fat while you sleep.

Drinks: Water, Amino H2O, Coffee, Diet Teas, Diet Sodas, Crystal Light

Spice or Flavorings: Mrs. Dash, Lemon Pepper, Mustards, Vinegar, Vinegarettes, Spray Butter, Stevia, 2 Tbsp of any flavoring you like
